2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Gather with Sandy Hook neighbours, SHCA members and newcomers to:
- Hear some of the SHCA accomplishments of 2025,
- Share refreshments while making connections,
- Let us know what you would like the SHCA to focus on in 2026,
- Consider joining the SHCA Board or a working group,
- Enter to win one of several door prizes,
- And learn more about the Sunshine Coast Community Forest, WILDFIRE RISK REDUCTION Initiative with our special guests Sara Zeileman and Warren Hassen (this presentation will be the first item on the AGM Agenda).
We will also be conducting elections of the SHCA board members and considering draft updated Bylaws. All community members with an active membership will be invited to vote. If you haven’t become a member or need to update your membership, we will have forms available for you to complete. Join/Donate – Sandy Hook Community Association
Memberships are $10/person paid annually and effective from January to December. Members only are entitled to Vote at AGM. The Boards will be accepting cash payment for membership dues/renewal at AGM or e-transfers to sandyhookcommunityassociation@gmail.com.
